Feeling random today.

I will always love this show.

Loving this summer style.

My summer in a nutshell.

Pancake Saturdays.

Last weekend, my friends and I continued the tradition of hijacking a kitchen and enjoying some lovely homemade pancakes and tea before settling into our homework for the day. It is truly the best way to wake up on a Saturday morning.

Some friends found this mug and immediately thought of me. I like being associated with anything Gilmore Girls.

Funny Face.

I adore this movie. Lorelai Gilmore says it all. "It's so chock full of... words like chock full and even if Audrey Hepburn was like 20 and Fred Astaire was like 80, he's still Fred Astaire. I mean, he could really tap dance!"

Some things that made me smile this week.

Using these.

The colors. Talk about a proud smirk.

Who is the cutest?

Watching Gilmore Girls season 4 for the millionth time and catching, for the first time, Rory reading Atonement in episode 2. (It's not in this clip by the way.)

The beautiful Australian shepherd in Leap Year. (Not in this clip either.)

Awakening.

Grey Gardens.

Relating to a single episode of Gilmore Girls.

And since you have no idea which episode this is, I took the liberty to look it up. Thank Gilmore-ism.com for that.

They were watching Grey Gardens before Drew Barrymore and Jessica Lange redid it. And it was inspiring.

Little Edie: You can't have your cake and eat it, too in life.
Big Edie: Oh, yes, I did. I did, I had my cake, loved it, masticated it, chewed it and had everything I wanted.

Little Edie: I can't get the thumbtack in the wall. I have the saddest life.

Little ditty.

It is finally hitting me that I am going home tomorrow. Home. To Christmas. To snow. To people who love me.

The view from my home town makes my heart skip a beat. I've been having fun out here, but it's time to go back.

So, enjoy this clip from Friends.

And while you're at it, butt-faced miscreant is calling your name.

Here's a favorite wedding picture I found on A Cup of Jo. Love that he's wearing a vest.

Oh, and this one is adorable, too, from Le Love.

I stumbled upon this portrait of the great James Stewart. I fall for him again and again every Christmas season watching It's a Wonderful Life.

I found out Notorious by Alfred Hitchcock made EW's 25 Sexiest Movies Ever list. Thank goodness some people haven't lost good taste in movies.

Good evening.
